INDIANAPOLIS — The FBI is investigating as a dislike criminal offense the assault of a Black gentleman by a team of white adult men at a southern Indiana lake, the victim’s lawyer mentioned Tuesday.

Vauhxx Booker, a regional civil rights activist and member of the Monroe County Human Legal rights Commission, said the adult men pinned him in opposition to a tree, shouted racial slurs and a person of them threatened to “get a noose” at Monroe Lake near Bloomington over the Fourth of July weekend.
